A cold sweet that is very tempting:-
Take 1 pint packet of lemon jelly, 1 lemon and 4 bananas.
Make up the jelly as directed on packet. Mash three of the bananas to a pulp, add the juice of the lemon and sweeten to taste if desired. Stir the banana pulp into the jelly and set in small mould or glasses. Decorate with cream and sliced banana.
