Take three large potaotes peeled and grated, two rashers bacon cut up with scissors, three tomatoes, sliced (onions maybe used instead or as well) two beaten eggs, two tblsp oatmeal, 2oz fat, salt and pepper. Melt the fat and fry onion, bacon and potato quickly then add the tomato, oatmeal and salt and pepper then stir in the eggs. Brown under the grill.
