Christmas Crumble 1980

Take 4oz flour, 2oz margarine, 2oz brown sugar, 2oz ground almonds, a small tin of sliced peaches, 8 tablespoons of mincemeat. Put mincemeat on bottom of greased oven dish, cover with drained peaches. Rub margarine into flour, add sugar and almonds and mix well. Cover peaches and mincemeat with crumble and bake in a moderate oven for 25- 30 minutes. Serve hot with custard or cream.
